Axipiter was born in 2020, when a group of highly successful Italian space and IT entrepreneurs joined forces to meet the growing needs for dynamic, collaborative, IT solutions within the Space Economy. Bringing together over 10 years space expertise including high level involvement in Galileo and EGNOS (European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Services), management expertise, and IT solutions expertise. Since then Axipiter has worked with many organisations including ESA (European Space Agency) and ASI (Agenzia Spaziale Italiana), to increase understanding about how the potential of satellites can be used to both ensure economic growth and that business and environmental challenges are optimised.
